What are the recruiting
costs for retail support staff included in selling and administrative expenses? |

Recruiting costs for retail support staff include
media expenses to place recruitment advertisements in magazines and on Internet
sites, referral fees to current staff members for introducing friends and
acquaintances, and the cost of operating our staff recruitment website, digibeit.com.
These costs have been relatively high, totaling approximately 2% of Group
sales, but have been steadily lowered, reaching nearly 1.6% as of March 31,
2004. This is due to the implementation of spot measures such as the increased
use of web-based media, as well as greater efficiency in staff recruiting. |

What is your timing and means for disclosure of results? |

Backs Group announces its results quarterly
and holds results meetings for analysts as part of its effort to disclose
results as quickly as possible. The results meeting is also provided on streaming
video. Information on the most recent results meeting can be found in the
